Emergence - American Pale Ale - 5.2%
Smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with everyday appeal. Lightly toasted malts are the backbone and a healthy dose of Crystal hops add a fruity and spicy hop character. One of the first beers we brewed remains a local favorite.
Impermanence - American IPA - 6.7%
This intensely hopped IPA is a showcase for the aromatic and flavor potential of Mosaic hops. It's brewed with flaked oats and spelt to add a luscious body. Impermanence has a sturdy bitterness, but retains a smooth drinkability. The name references our original difficulty in brewing enough to keep on tap.
Recurrence - Red Rye IPA - 6.8%
This IPA showcases a beautiful garnet color when held up to light. The grains involved include crystal malts and locally grown rye malt from Colorado Malting Company outside Alamosa. A heavy dose of Columbus hops add a dank earthy character that adds to the complexity. Always a staff favorite.
Valhalla - Braggot - 15.2%
This Mead-Beer hybrid is our strongest beer produced. Dosed with local honey four times throughout the brewing and fermenting process, it’s got great floral honey character, dry finish, and a delicious, boozy character. Deceptively drinkable - be careful with this one! (2 beer limit.)
Tractor Beam – Pilsner – 5.0%
Our carefully crafted and cherished pilsner is a treat. Simplicity at its best, Tractor Beam showcases pilsner malt and saaz hops. Bready malt & a moderate spicy floral hop character make for a highly drinkable lager. It’s quite sessionable and great for all occasions. Grab one in a half liter glass.
New Moon – American Stout – 7.0%
A big, roasty, hoppy stout. New Moon features Eureka, a new hop with a piney character that blends well with dark malts. It’s a complex beer with bold malt and hop character that goes down almost too easy.
Hibiscus Gose – German Sour Wheat – 5.3%
This beer has a sharp tartness from fermentation with our house lactobacillus culture. Salt adds a rounded mouthfeel and is a traditionally element of this style. This version is also brewed with hibiscus, which brings a beautiful pink color and a fruity herbal character.
Mystics & Misfits - Imperial Stout - 10.0%
A big, bold, imperial stout. A variety of dark malts add chocolate and roasty notes. Brewed with a big dose of flaked oats, which add a smooth and thick body to the beer. It opens up nicely in the glass - as it warms, a range of malty deliciousness emerges from the darkness. Best savored slowly.
Maple Berry Sour – 9.2%
For this experimental sour we took a strong dark base beer fermented with souring bacteria and aged it on blueberries and maple syrup. What emerged is a sweet and sour delight. It brings to mind blueberry pancakes, with fruit and maple notes sitting atop a smooth and strong, dark beer.
